Instructions

1. Boil the pork in water and skim off impurities.

2. Add onion, whole peppercorn, pork bouillon or pork cubes, and salt.

3. Simmer for 30–45 minutes or until the pork is tender.

4. Add potato and beans. Boil until vegetables are cooked.

5. Add Chinese cabbage and cook for 1–2 minutes.

6. Serve hot.
