They travel through the bloodstream, acting as messengers and playing a part in many bodily processes) particularly dopamine and impacts your mood as well as your physical health.
🧘 How It Helps Me: getting at least 8 hours of sleep helps me restore that balance of hormones in my body and, thus feel better.
