I used to experience constant neck tightness, stiff shoulders, and headaches that seemed to come out of nowhere, especially after long hours on my phone or working at the computer. It wasn't until I learned about the biomechanical strain placed on the neck—sometimes as much as 60 pounds—that I realized these symptoms weren't just temporary muscle tightness but signs of a deeper nervous system pattern. In my experience, traditional methods like stretching or massages provided temporary relief but didn’t address the root cause. It turns out that our nervous system holds onto these postural patterns, and without resetting them, the body quickly reverts to the stress position. The breakthrough came when I incorporated brief, intentional neck reset exercises into my routine. Taking just a couple of minutes to consciously realign the neck sends the right signals to the nervous system, gently coaxing it to release tension and improve posture.
