Chickpeas and tahini salad wrap

Here's a very simple recipe to make when you're in a hurry to make lunch: a chickpea and tahini salad wrap.

Serves: 4

You will need the following ingredients:

- 1 can (540 ml) of chickpeas

- 3 tbsp tahini

- 3 tbsp animal or plant-based milk

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 2 tsp whole-grain Dijon mustard

- 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp oregano

- 1 tsp turmeric

- Pepper

- Salt

- 1 garlic clove

- 4 tbsp water

- 1 shallot

- 1 bell pepper

Steps:

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the shallot and bell pepper, and mash with a potato masher until the desired consistency.

- Chop the shallot and bell pepper.

- Add them to the mixture and mix.

- Serve in a tortilla.

- Enjoy and subscribe.

Étapes:

- Mettre tout les ingrédients dans un bol, sauf l'échalote et le poivron, et écraser avec un pilon à patate jusqu'à la consistence désirée.

- Couper en morceaux l'échalote et le poivron.

- Les ajouter au mélange et mélanger.

- Servir dans une tortilla.

- Savourez et abonnez-vous.
