Here are healthy muffins to accompany your meals, corn muffins.

You will need the following ingredients:

- Salt

- 2 cups (240 g) flours whole wheat flour

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp spices Kanel organic Louisiana fried chicken

- 2 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk

- 1 can of 12 ounces (341 ml) corn

- 1 1/2 cups (169.5g) cheddar cheese

- 3 green onions

Steps:

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°c).

- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

- Spread in greased moulds.

- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
