Soft & Fluffy Strawberry Muffins
These strawberry muffins came out SO soft, lightly sweet, and packed with juicy berries in every bite. Perfect for breakfast… or let’s be real, anytime 🍓
Prep Time: 15 mins | Bake Time: 20–25 mins
Ingredients:
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* ¼ cup brown sugar
* 2 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ cup milk
* ½ cup melted butter
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line your muffin pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients (don’t overmix).
5. Gently fold in strawberries.
6. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
7. Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden and set.
✨ Pro Tip: Sprinkle a little sugar on top before baking for that bakery-style finish! Also add a few strawberries on top for aesthetic!
