Chocolate matcha cookies
Since Easter is just around the corner, I'm sharing a recipe for chocolate eggs to make with children, even those who are still kids at heart.
Serves 13
You will need the following ingredients:
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (250 g) matcha powder (An error slipped in the video, it’s 50 g of matcha and not 250 g.)
- 1 cup (219 g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (64 g) mixed nuts and raisins
- 3/4 cup (180 g) margarine
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (80 g) chocolate eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Line a baking sheet with reusable parchment paper.
- Form large balls, place them on the baking sheet, and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 15 minutes.

Puisque Pâques arrivent bientôt, je vous propose une recette a faire avec des oeufs en chocolat, a partager avec les enfants, même ceux qui sont rester des enfants dans leur coeur.

Vous aurez besoin des ingrédients suivant:
- Sel
- 1/2 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
- 1 1/2 tasse (180 g) de farine de blé entier
- 1/2 tasse (250 g) de matcha (Un erreur c'est glissé dans la vidéo, c'est 50 g de matcha et non 250 g.)
- 1 tasse (219 g) de cassonade
- 1/2 tasse (64 g) d'un mélange de noix et de raisins secs
- 3/4 tasse (180 g) de margarine
- 6 c. à soupe de beurre d'arachides
- 1/2 tasse (80 g) d'oeufs en chocolat
- 2 c. à soupe d'huile
Étapes:
- Préchauffer le four a 375F (190C).
- Dans un bol, mélanger tout les ingrédients.
- Étendre un papier parchemin réutilisable sur une plaque à biscuits.
- Formez des grosses boules, les placer sur la plaques et les applatir légèrement.
- Cuire au four 15 minutes.
- Savourez et abonnez-vous.
