Spicy dinner idea for the middle of the week

- one sausage link (I prefer to cut it up but you can also add on the side)

- pasta (any will do, I just like the shape)

- sauce, bertolli makes my favorite one: olive oil, basil and garlic! 🧄 let me know if you try it

- cheese is optional but can boost protein!

- veggie for more nutrients 🌱 I switch between bell pepper, asparagus, fresh broccoli and tomatoes 🍅

Breakfast: Kodiak protein banana nut oatmeal with fair life milk and fruit. I had an iced coffee with premier protein as my cream and sf vanilla syrup Morning snack: at work I had a barebell peanut butter protein bar. This was a bit more chocolate bar than I was expecting but still really good.
