The pork provides lean protein that helps keep you full, while the lemon cilantro rice adds zest without excess calories. Incorporating pickled onions and fresh cucumber adds crunch and brightness, increasing the meal’s appeal. Another favorite is a vibrant steak salad loaded with onions, peppers, and tangy feta cheese, all topped with a light yogurt dressing. I got the Mercado chuck steak from Kroger and seasoned with taco seasoning. Then I grilled it using avocado oil. Always count your oils! Use the La Banderita low carb tortillas, then top with onion and cilantro for little to no cals. I added half an avocado seasoned with salt, pepper, and a squeeze
