Morning cleansing shot recipe:
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil in this case 🥑 avocado oil
a dash of turmeric,
a dash of cayenne pepper and black pepper to activate the turmeric
Dosage: start slowly with maybe 3 times a week and if you like it then you can do once a day or night
Benefits I experience: clearer skin, better digestion, less cravings, and crazy but I have also experienced decrease in appetite on days I drink it. As always, everyone’s body is different and not everything is for everyone so just listen to your body🧘🏾♀️
