私も以前は指で無理に黒ずみを押し出したり、痛みを伴うパックを多用していましたが、肌荒れや赤みがひどくなり逆効果でした。そこで、紹介されているような蒸しタオルで毛穴を開き、角栓ケアウォーターを使う方法に変えてからは、肌への負担が大幅に減り、つるつるした鼻になれました。 蒸しタオルは温かい湿布のような効果があり、約3〜5分間当てるだけで毛穴が柔らかくなり角栓が浮きやすくなります。角栓ケアウォーターや除去液は5〜8分間置くことで黒ずみを自然に溶かすので、無理にこすらず綿棒や柔らかいティッシュで優しく拭き取るのがポイントです。 そして、一番重要なのがケア後の収れん化粧水で毛穴をきゅっと引き締めること。これを怠ると毛穴が開いたままになり、黒ずみが再発しやすくなります。保湿クリームも忘れずに塗ることで、肌バリアが形成され、肌質が安定してきます。 頻度は週に1〜2回で十分。やりすぎるとかえって肌に負担がかかるので注意しましょう。私の場合、この方法を続けて1か月半で鼻の黒ずみが薄くなり、鼻全体の見た目が明るくなりました。ストレスなく簡単に続けられるので、おすすめです。
