super easy to make and perfect to bring to the holidays. 🎄

INGREDIENTS:

crushed graham crackers

melted butter

mini marshmallows

chocolate

DIRECTIONS:

1. line your muffin pan with cupcake liners

2. mix your butter and cracker to create a crust

3. pack crust into the bottom of the liner and a little on the sides to create a “cup”

4. add in your chocolate chunks (i use about 3 hershey bar pieces)

5. top with mini marshmallows.

6! bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until marshmallows start to get puffy and golden.

❄️ tip: if marshmallows are not as toasty as you’d like place oven on broil for 1-2 minutes!

When crushing them, make sure they’re finely ground, almost like sand. I usually pop them in a food processor, but a Ziploc bag and a rolling pin work just as well for a fun stress-reliever! For the butter, don't skimp! Melted butter binds everything together beautifully. A pro tip I swear by is to really press that crust firmly into the bottom and up the sides of your cupcake liners. Use the back of a spoon or even a small shot glass to compact it. This prevents crumbling later and ensures you have a sturdy base for all that chocolatey, marshmallowy goodness.
