——Ingredients——
2 cups whole milk
1 (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 box Nilla wafers
4 ripe bananas
1. Whisk together the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes to fully set and thicken.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until light and fluffy.
4. In a 9x13 or 9x9-inch dish (or individual serving cups), spread a layer of the pudding mixture on the bottom. Add a layer of Nilla wafers, followed by sliced bananas. Repeat the layers, finishing with a final layer of pudding on top.
5. Garnish with crushed wafers, whole wafers, or fresh banana slices.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, allowing the flavors to meld and the wafers to soften perfectly and enjoy!
