What i eat on caloric deficit 🍽️

Week 2 is done on the carnivore diet 🥩🐄 and down almost 8 pounds! ⚖️ I’ve been sticking to animal-based foods during the week with a little freedom on weekends 🍳🧈. The meals can get repetitive but overall the transition has been smooth. Even without much exercise, staying in a calorie deficit keeps the progress steady 📉. Loving the positive results so far—definitely worth trying if you’re curious! 💪🔥

Things I cook/eat on the regular -

Hard boiled eggs

Pan seared steaks, smothered in butter

Shrimp cooked with butter and seasonings

Salami with cheese

Fried eggs

Avocado
