Sourdough recipe testing 🫶

Scrapped my usual recipe, went out on a whim and threw some dough together and WOW it came together beautifullyyyy. I’ve truly never worked with such a beautiful dough before. I went for a larger than usual batch, slightly higher hydration and added some honey and it was perfect! One plain loaf and one roasted garlic & rosemary - YUM.

These were supposed to be gifts for my neighbors but I can’t not cut into one of them *for science* so I’m currently testing this recipe a second time and making two more loaves 😅
