Three days of almost the same run

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday were almost all the same workouts. Wednesday was expected to be a slightly faster pace, but otherwise the same. Garmin kept teasing me with a fun anaerobic workout, but then would switch it for a base run on the day.
