Track run with the Ajax Wannabes and GoodLife Fitness Rossland Ajax.

Looks like I didn't record my first lap properly. I was doing 400 meters fast, then 400 meters recovery.

I was hitting 3:30/km for some laps, but it looks like I only got an average above 4:00/km pace.
