For lunch, my go-to is a loaded salad bowl featuring grilled salmon, mixed greens, walnuts, and feta cheese. The omega-3 fatty acids in salmon and walnuts work together to lower inflammatory markers. This meal is hearty and satisfying without feeling heavy.
