From my experience, what stands out immediately are the starters — especially the dips. The muhammara here is incredibly flavorful with a perfect balance of smoky and tangy notes, making it the perfect way to start your meal. Moving on, the cheese-stuffed majouqa kebab was a delightful surprise; the rich melted cheese inside hits all the right spots, paired with the spiced meat exterior. One thing I noticed is their range of kebabs. Both the grilled and fried kibbeh were outstanding — crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside. The kebabs are packed with spices yet balanced, maintaining a genuine Syrian taste. It's clear that this restaurant takes pride in authentic preparation. The long lines they used to have weren’t just hype; the quality of food truly merits the wait. Now in their fresh and cuter new space, Zain Al-Sham manages to maintain that allure. For anyone exploring Mississauga’s halal dining scene, especially those craving Syrian flavors, this spot is a must-try. Beyond the food, the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere add to the overall experience. For locals and visitors alike, following their updates on social media is also recommended to stay informed about specials and new offerings.
