Pork Adobo Supremacy 😋❤

Recipe ✔️❤

1 Kilo Pork Belly (LIEMPO)

120 ml Soy sauce

80 ml Vinegar

Garlic

Red Onion

Laurel Leaves

3 Tbsp Sugar (to taste)

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

200ml water (or more)

Procedure

1. Marinate Pork with Salt & Pepper.

2. Pan fry pork until brown or until it release some of its oil.

3. Remove pork and add in Garlic and Onion

4. Add the pork back and add in your vinegar, soy sauce and laurel leaves/bayleaf.

5. Add water and let simmer. Cook until pork is tender.

6. Add sugar according to taste and cook for a couple of minutes.

7. Serve with rice and egg (optional)

For the Soft Boiled Egg

1. In a sauce pot add 1-1.5inch of water and turn into high heat settings.

2. Once water is boiling add in your eggs and cook it for 5 mins. (Set timer!)

3. After 5 mins, turn off the heat and place into a bowl with water and lots of ice.

4. Let cool for about 12-15 mins before peeling.
