Cannoli Dip Recipe
Make the dip:
Combine 2 cups ricotta cheese, 1 cup mascarpone, 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract. After those are whipped together, fold in 3/4 cup on mini chocolate chips.
Serve with broken waffle cone pieces, strawberries, vanilla wafers, and graham crackers.
Pro tip: squeeze out some of the liquid from the ricotta cheese using paper towels. Let it rest over a strainer to take out as much liquid as possible. You'll have a creamier texture.
I made this yesterday afternoon to go with my Italian Sunday dinner. It's a great no-bake dessert during these hot summer days while it's hotter than satan's underwear outside.
