Daily walks can:

You don’t need anything fancy — just a good pair of shoes and a little consistency.

🎯 How many steps should you aim for?

A great general goal is 8,000–10,000 steps per day.

If that feels like a lot, start where you are:

• 5,000–7,000 steps = solid foundation

• 8,000–10,000 steps = strong daily movement goal

• 10,000+ = extra cardiovascular benefits

Remember: it all adds up. A 10-minute walk here and there makes a difference.

Overall, walking daily not only improved my cardiovascular health but also supported weight management and better digestion, as shared in the original post.
