🍋✨ organize your life adhd hack

Learning a new way to meet life goals. I struggle with consistency and I think a lot of that has to do with my undiagnosed ADHD lol. An influencer I follow suggested reading this. So far so good. I’m always trying to be more organized and meet goals. My problem most of the time is that I have too many and fail where to start and finish. Which leads to nothing being accomplished.

Picking 1-3 to focus for 12 weeks is much more doable than picking 5-10 goals for the year!

If you struggle with meeting end of the year goals and or just staying consistent with goals, give this book a try!🤗#adhdproductivity #adhdorganizing #Lemon8Diary

... Read moreManaging life with ADHD can be challenging, particularly when it comes to organization and goal achievement. Many individuals with ADHD often feel overwhelmed and fail to complete tasks due to the sheer number of goals they set for themselves. A strategic approach to productivity is featured in the bestselling book 'The Organizing ADHD For Success: Get More Done in 12 Weeks Than Others Do in 12 Months' by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington. This book emphasizes the importance of focusing on just 1-3 goals over a 12-week period, allowing individuals to channel their energies more effectively without the burnout that comes with juggling multiple objectives. Implementing this method can transform your approach to planning and achieving goals. Instead of being daunted by an entire year’s worth of tasks, the book encourages breaking down those aspirations into manageable chunks, making success more attainable. Additionally, utilizing visual aids such as planners and digital tools can help in organizing thoughts and tasks, providing clear visibility of progress. Surrounding yourself with supportive communities, both online and offline, can also add motivation and accountability. Engage in forums or groups that focus on ADHD organization techniques to share experiences and gain valuable insights. Ultimately, understanding your personal patterns and creating a structured yet flexible plan can lead to success in managing ADHD and achieving your goals.
