Peanut butter chocolate protein baked oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of coco powder
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 150 grams of yogurt or 1 scoop of protein powder
- a few pieces of chocolate (optional)
Directions:
1.) preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) add oats, baking powder, and coco powder in the blender
2.) add yogurt or protein powder, milk of choice, and peanut butter
3.) blend until smooth
4.) transfer into an oven safe bowl
5.) add chocolate if you want
6.) bake for 15-20 minutes
7.) after baking, add a drizzle of melted peanut butter if desired
To make the peanut butter drizzle:
1.) melt 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds
