Chocolate coconut baked oats

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup of milk of choice

- 1/2 cup of oats

- 1 tbsp of coconut

- 1 tbsp of coco powder

- 1/2 tsp of baking powder

- a few pieces of dark chocolate (optional)

Directions:

1.) preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.) add oats, baking powder, coco powder, coconut in a blemder

3.) add a milk of choice

4.) blend until smooth

5.) transfer the mixture into an oven safe bowl

6.) add a few pieces of dark chocolate if desired

7.) bake for 15-20 minutes
