¿How many times a week do you wash your hair?🚿

2/15 Edited to

... Read moreBased on my experience, the frequency of washing your hair really depends on your hair type, scalp condition, and daily activities. For instance, those with oily scalps might find washing every other day ideal, while people with dry or curly hair often benefit from washing less frequently—sometimes once or twice a week—to avoid stripping natural oils. I personally use dry shampoo as a handy solution to extend the time between washes, especially on busy days when my hair doesn’t feel very dirty but could use a refresh. This not only helps maintain volume but also prevents over-washing, which can lead to dryness or breakage. An important tip I’ve found is to adjust your hair care routine seasonally. During hotter months or more active periods, washing more often can help remove sweat and oil buildup. In contrast, cooler or less active times allow you to wash less frequently without discomfort. Additionally, the choice of hair care products makes a big difference. Using gentle, sulfate-free shampoos and moisturizing conditioners helps maintain the hair’s natural balance, reducing the need for frequent washing. Overall, listen to your hair and scalp. If your scalp feels itchy or greasy, it’s probably time to wash. If not, a little dry shampoo can do wonders. It’s all about finding what works best for you and maintaining a balanced hair washing routine that keeps your hair looking and feeling healthy.

how many times do you wear a bra before wash?
I’ll usually wear mine twice but one of my coworkers said that’s gross. For context, I work in an area that’s kept at 40 degrees, so no sweating. I thought two days was fine and I buy rather expensive bras so I didn’t want to wash and wear them down too fast. Am I actually gross for that? #AskL
