If yo do…you lose #relationships
From my own experience, I've found that constantly responding immediately to every message can create an unhealthy dynamic in a relationship. It's important to remember that you have a life outside of your partner and setting boundaries on your availability shows self-respect and encourages mutual respect. For example, sometimes I make it a point not to open messages instantly or reply right away, which helps me manage my time better and keeps the relationship dynamic more balanced. This approach not only reduces anxiety but also increases appreciation and attraction. Setting limits on how much time you spend with your partner, while still maintaining your own social life and interests, helps avoid dependency or seeming overly eager. It might feel challenging at first, but over time this balance nurtures healthier and more sustainable relationships. The key takeaway is that being always available can unintentionally diminish the value of your presence. By valuing your own time and life, you also teach your partner to value and respect you more, which strengthens the relationship foundation.
