After My Knee Arthritis Became Stable, I Walked Around for Two Hours Straight for the First Time!🎉
The parking ticket at the mall showed that I had stayed for two hours and seven minutes. In the past, when my knee arthritis was bothering me, I would start looking for a chair after just 20 minutes of walking around. 💫
This time, I walked from the first floor to the fourth floor, tried on clothes, waited in line, and went up and down the escalators. ‼️My knees only felt normally tired, not sore and swollen to the point where I wanted to go home right away.🥰
During the period when I didn’t want to go out, it was hard for others to understand.🤭 It wasn’t that my knees were in severe pain every second, but that I never knew when they would suddenly start feeling heavy. 😞
Every time I made plans to go shopping with friends, I would check ahead of time where the seats were in the mall, and my mood was always tense.🍃
After my younger sister found out, she brought me Huayilang Patch💗 and told me to start slowly recovering near home first.
At the beginning, I only walked for ten minutes a day. After applying the patch, I observed how my knees felt when going up and down stairs and standing up.⭕ I stopped planning long outings just because I felt better for one day.💕
After about a week✨, my knees were not as stiff when I got up in the morning. Later, I no longer had to support myself on the table first when standing up from a chair. 🙏🏻
My walking time increased from ten minutes to half an hour, then to one hour.✊🏻 I did not deliberately chase speed during the whole process.
After my condition stayed stable for more than a month, I finally made plans with a friend to go to the mall. 🎉
I also took the initiative to sit down and rest in the middle, but not because I was in too much pain to keep walking.🤗 It was because I had learned not to give my knees a chance to be pushed too hard.💫
When I got back to the parking lot, I only realized it had already been two hours after I saw the time. ✨
After knee arthritis improves, the best result is not about outwalking anyone.⭐ It is being able to go out without putting “where can I sit down?” first in my mind.✅
Now I still control how long I walk continuously. When I feel tired, I sit down, and I don’t fight with my body. 🌱
If the joint is obviously swollen, hot, or unable to bear weight, don’t mix up normal fatigue with something abnormal.✊🏻
