A Cozy Pot of Homemade Chicken Broth 🍗
There’s something so comforting about using what you already have to make something nourishing. A quiet kitchen, a slow cooker, and leftovers that didn’t go to waste. This homemade chicken broth comes together with almost no effort
Ingredients:
• Rotisserie chicken bones (meat removed)
• Frozen veggie scraps (onion ends, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs — whatever you have)
• Water (enough to cover everything)
Instructions:
Add the rotisserie chicken bones and veggie scraps to your slow cooker.
Cover with water.
Cook on low for up to 36 hours.
Strain, let cool, and store or freeze
