Purchased from: Aldi ;
Chicken Breasts $7/5 pack fresh
Canned Green Beans $0.64 - 3 of them
Red Medley Potatoes; $2.50 -1 pack
1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing : $1.65
1 bottle of regular Italian dressing: $1.65
⭐️Overall rating: /10: 10/10
Additional Tips: Put chicken aside the night before in a ziploc baggy with the zesty Italian. I used the whole bottle & left it in the fridge.
Next day ; Pre-Heat Oven to 450
Spray down your pan with some oil, add each thing and slice into the potatoes but not all the way through, grab some seasonings of your choice & add to the whole thing & add some fresh garlic or from a jar through out the pan just little scoops here and there & add the whole bottle of regular Italian dressing on top of everything. Leave open when cooking or if you want add foil, I did not.
Let cook for about 40-45, check your chicken & add more time if needed/or wanted.
Some add cheese and left in oven for extra 5 minutes but I’m lactose intolerant 😅
One-pan meals are ideal for busy individuals looking to create delicious dishes without fighting a pile of dishes afterward. This recipe combines chicken breasts, canned green beans, and red medley potatoes, all enhanced by the zesty flavor of Italian dressings. With a preparation time of just a few minutes and a cook time of 40-45 minutes, this approach ensures that dinner is on the table with little hassle. To make it even more convenient, you can marinate the chicken the night before, letting the flavors soak in for maximum impact. Experiment with seasonings and herbs to tailor the dish to your tastes. For added nutrition, consider incorporating seasonal vegetables from your local market or even additional protein options like beans or lentils for a hearty, balanced meal. The one-pan cooking technique not only saves time but also enhances the flavors as everything cooks together, creating a cohesive dish that’s perfect for both family meals and gatherings. Don't forget to adjust cooking times and temperatures based on your oven dynamics to achieve that perfectly cooked chicken every time!
