Protein Banana Cookies 🍪

Ingredients:

• 1 small ripe banana (100 g, peeled)

• 60 g natural peanut butter

• 40 g PB2 (mixed with water for thick PB consistency)

• 60 g vanilla whey protein powder

• Optional: choc chips, pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

2. Mash banana, mix with peanut butter, PB2, and protein powder until thick dough forms.

3. Scoop 6 cookies onto a lined tray.

4. Press down lightly with a fork, add choc chips if using.

5. Bake 10–12 mins until golden on the edges and centre is set.

6. Cool 5 mins, sprinkle with sea salt, transfer to a cooling rack.

7. Enjoy warm for best results!
