What You’ll Need:
- 4 c oat flour
- 1/2 c canned pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla whey isolate protein powder
- 3/4 c brown sugar substitute
- 1/4 c stevia baking
- 3/4 c light butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cinammon
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients well.
4. Add in wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredient one until a dough forms.
5. Make ~25 cookies & place them on greased baking pans.
6. Bake cookies for ~15 mins (until the cookies are firm but not too hard… we want soft, chewy cookies!)
7. When done baking, let cookies cool for a few mins— enjoy :)
