PCOS support tea

Ingredients:

* 1 tbsp Lemon Balm

* 1 tbsp Spearmint

* 1 tbsp Red Raspberry Leaf

* 1 tbsp Nettle Leaf

* 1 tbsp Chamomile

* 1 tbsp Ginger (fresh or dried)

* 1 tsp Chaste Tree Berry

* 1 tbsp Dandelion Root

* 1 small Cinnamon Stick

Instructions:

1. Add all herbs to a heatproof half-gallon jar or pot.

2. Pour in 6 cups of just-boiled water.

3. Cover and steep 30–60 minutes (or overnight for stronger benefits).

4. Strain, then top off with cool water to make a full half gallon.

5. Store in the fridge and drink 1–2 cups daily, warm or cold.
