Avoid consuming coffee on an empty stomach to help balance blood sugar. Proper meal order also plays a role—try eating fiber, protein, and fats before carbohydrates. Inositol is a fantastic supplement that can help improve regularity in cycles and manage blood sugar. Incorporate strength training 3-5 times weekly; even regular walking can be incredibly beneficial for your physical and mental health. Eating sufficient fiber through fruits and vegetables (such as apples and berries) supports metabolism and gut health.
