• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
• Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
• For the Parmesan topping:
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
• Optional toppings:
• Arugula or spinach leaves
• Sautéed mushrooms or onions
• Roasted red peppers
Instructions:
1. Prepare the steak:
1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).
2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
3. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your preference. Let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain.
2. Make the Parmesan topping:
1. In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix until smooth.
3. Assemble the sliders:
1. Lightly toast the slider buns for extra texture.
2. Spread a generous layer of the Parmesan topping on the bottom bun.
3. Add a few slices of steak, followed by any additional toppings (arugula, mushrooms, etc.).
4. Top with the other half of the bun.
4. Serve:
Serve immediately with chips, fries, or a side salad for a complete meal.
