Sharing my Costco Haul 🥰 Part 1

Went to Costco Wholesale this evening and got some really fun stuff in addition to some of the usual stuff we get. Sharing some of them here. Gonna split it into two posts since I have so many pictures to share! 💜😊

Got my usual 12 pack of the Pop & Bottle Vanilla flavor. It's so cheap here at Costco, only $21 compared to Amazon that usually sells it for $39! 😋

Then I found some cute seamless briefs for women, only $14 for a 5-pack 👍. Also got the bag of 60 Nylabone Beef broth bones for just $16, when it's usually $24 on Amazon. Our 100 lb labradoodle looooove these 🐶😍

New item I wanna show more is the Oats Over Night 14 pack for $27. It even comes with a free shake bottle. I am excited to try this because I eat oatmeal almost everyday for breakfast. It's something that you make the night before and keep it in the fridge overnight and have the next morning. 🤔 Very curious how it tastes.

Costco haul that helped me lose 100lbs in 10months

I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
