Ingredients:

• 1 serving Oikos Greek yogurt (23g protein)

• 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

• 1–2 Tbsp sugar-free banana pudding mix (dry powder)

• 1/2 to 1 banana, sliced

• 1/4 cup Kodiak Cookie Butter Granola

• 1 Tbsp Smucker’s sugar-free caramel sauce

• Optional: cinnamon, sea salt, or vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Blend the creamy base:

• In a blender or food processor, blend the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and banana pudding mix until smooth and fluffy. (If you like a little texture, just stir it instead.)

2. Layer the parfait:

• Add a layer of the yogurt-cottage cheese mixture.

• Top with banana slices and a sprinkle of Kodiak granola.

• Drizzle a bit of caramel sauce.

3. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up. Top with banana, a caramel drizzle, and a tiny pinch of sea salt or cinnamon for bonus flavor.
