Cinnamon roll with tortillas

*These are bombastic!

Ingredients:

Low carb cinnamon rolls:

2 zero (or low carb) tortillas

Brown sugar

Cinnamon

Whipped cream cheese

Butter

Sugar free pancake syrup

Instructions:

Cover one tortilla with whipped cream cheese, sprinkle brown sugar all over cream cheese, and sprinkle cinnamon on top of brown sugar. Lay a second tortilla on top of the first tortilla and do the same, cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll tortillas up tightly like a log…cut into 5 slices….melt 1 tbsp butter in microwave and spread on top of rolls, sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of each roll. Air fry in the air fryer for 5 mins on 400. While rolls are air frying put 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp butter and a drizzle of sugar free pancake syrup in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, this is your cream cheese icing. Stir icing until it comes together and spread over warm rolls when they are done.
