Keto chili
Ingredients:
•2.5 lbs ground beef ( what I use) can use ground turkey or pork
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
• 1 can of diced green chilies
• 1/2 cup of diced onions
• 1 cup of water
• 1 tsp of garlic powder
• 1 tsp of onion powder
• 1 tsp of paprika
• 3 tbsp of chili powder
Detailed Steps: Brown meat in skillet, drain grease before adding seasons with a 1/4 cup of water. Add diced tomatoes, green chilies, tomato sauce and onions into a skillet. The recipe calls for 1 cup of water, you can switch out for chicken or beef broth. Depending on how soupy you want your chili you don't have to use the whole 1 cup.
Mix together until hot and enjoy!
