The best homemade Mac and cheese 🔥💯

Homemade Mac and cheese

1 box cavatappi noodles

16 oz heavy whipping cream

16 oz evaporated milk

8 oz mozzarella cheese block (grated)

8 oz Colby Jack cheese block (grated)

4 oz sharp cheddar cheese block (grated)

8 oz Velveeta cheese block cut into small squares

1 tsp ground mustard

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp flour

Directions:

First turn your cheese blocks into grated cheese except for the Velveeta. Cut Velveeta cheese into small squares. In a pan your going to start melting your butter and add your seasonings. Once melted stir and add in your flour. Stir. Add in your evaporated milk and stir again. Once fully mixed with the flour add in your heavy whipping cream and Velveeta cheese squares. Stir until Velveeta cheese is melted. Then turn down your heat and add in half of your grated cheese. You will need to save some. Then once your cheese sauce is done put aside and start your noodles. Once the water is boiling add your noodles. Cook until al dente (7 minutes). When the noodles are done drain the water. Spray your casserole dish. First add half your noodles and spread evenly. Then pour over half of your cheese sauce. Top with some left over cheese. Then add the other half of the noodles over top. The rest of your cheese sauce. Then top with the rest of your cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes or until nice and hot and cheese is slightly golden.
