Veggie Egg Omelette

Breakfast Veggie Omelette ❤️

Ingredients

3 eggs (scrambled)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/8 cup red onion (minced)

1/4 cup spinach (minced)

1 piece sliced cheddar cheese (chopped into tiny squares)

Oil for frying

How to make:

1. Stir fry all veggies starting with garlic, red onion, carrot and then spinach for a few minutes together until aromatic.

2. Add egg (scrambled) and fry until most of it is cooked through.

3. Add cheddar cheese (tiny squares) and cook for a little longer.

4. Fold in half and form an omelette and flip it over and continue cooking until cooked through.

5. Enjoy plain or with sriracha dipping sauce.
