Korean Rolled Omelette🍳🥕🫑

This is also known as Gyeran mari (계란말이) which is such a easy dish to make that can be eaten as a side dish or even breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:

•5 eggs

•1 tbsp half & half (optional)

•salt & white pepper to taste

•1/4 cup chopped carrots & ham

•2 tbsp onions & green onions

•mozzarella cheese (optional)

•oil or butter for pan

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients above

2. Pour some of the egg mixture and roll it (remember to add oil or butter to the pan)

3. Repeat the Steps
