Ingredients
1 ½ cups uncooked glutinous sticky white rice
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup white sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon tapioca starch
Steamer basket (bamboo or traditional sticky rice steaming basket)
Large pot or steamer base
Cheesecloth or muslin cloth (optional but helpful for preventing sticking)

How to make:
