Day 12: 75 Days Soft

Day 12:

-75oz Water 💦

I’ve been sticking to drinking two glasses of water in the morning. For work, I make sure that I bring my water bottle with me all the time. I’m always carrying it with me to my working area.

-7k Steps 🚶‍♀️

I did a zombie run again and actually felt like I was being chased this time. A shamble was following me. 🙄 Otherwise, the walking all over the store helped with my goal.

-Portion Control 🥗

I brought some food from work and made a salad as well there. They had some leftovers. I really needed that as well because my main meal was lacking.

-Workout 3x/Week

The zombies! They were chasing me! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

-Skincare 💋

I am having a fight with my skincare routine. I’m still managing to do it and it’s still feeling lackluster. I’ve been being consistent and will work to find ways to feel more fufilled.

-Read 30 mins 📖

I was very tired as well from work so I put some more time into my audible books. I recently finished ‘Devil’s Bargain’ and that book was actually good. I’m not sure if I’ll start the following one though. Don’t ask me about ‘Under His Collar’…I still have to get back into it.
