Creamy Corn Pudding - don’t be scared

🎥 Creamy Corn Casserole (No Crock-Pot Needed!) 🌽🧈

This one’s a cozy fall fave 🍁

Save this for the holidays! 👇

You’ll need:

🥄 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

🥚 2 eggs, beaten

🍬 1/3 cup sugar

🌽 1 (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix

🥫 1 (16 oz) can cream-style corn

🌽 2 1/3 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

🥛 1 cup milk

🧈 2 tbsp butter, melted

🧂 1 tsp salt

🍂 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions:

Mix cream cheese, eggs & sugar until mixed (there is flexibility, as you can see by my picture, lol)

Add all other ingredients — mix well.

Spray 13x9 pan. Pour in mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 1.5 to 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.

Done when set & golden! ✨
