Excuse my trauma

4/12 Edited to

... Read moreTrauma can often feel overwhelming and isolating, but it's important to remember that healing is possible, and sharing your journey can inspire and support others facing similar challenges. I've found that acknowledging the impact of trauma, rather than excusing or dismissing it, opens the door to genuine recovery. One powerful aspect of healing is the realization that as the planets align—meaning as life circumstances, timing, and personal readiness come together—we can find the strength to help others. Lending support not only fosters connection but also deepens our own understanding and resilience. In my experience, embracing trauma as part of your story allows you to reclaim your narrative and transform pain into purpose. This process might involve therapy, self-reflection, creative outlets, or community involvement—all of which contribute to personal growth. When you feel ready, helping others who face trauma can provide a profound sense of meaning and empowerment. Remember, healing is not linear, and it’s okay to have ups and downs. The key is to be patient with yourself and recognize every small step forward as progress. Align your efforts with your inner readiness and values, and you will gradually create a path of recovery that not only benefits you but also those you inspire and assist along the way.
