Kentucky Butter Cake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
For the cookies -
* 1 box white or yellow cake mix
* 2 eggs, room temperature, beaten
* ⅓ cup salted butter, melted
For the glaze -
* ¼ cup salted butter
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* 1 tablespoon water
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
01) Preheat oven to 350
02) Whisk the eggs until beaten
03) Melt the butter in the microwave. Let rest so it doesn’t cook the eggs.
04) Mix the butter, eggs, and cake mix together to a mixing bowl and mix until combined
05) Add the dough onto a pan and bake for 10-12 minutes
06) Add all of the glaze ingredients into a pot and cook on low until it thickens.
07) When cookies are done, add the glaze and top with powdered sugar
