I tried the viral chocolate covered Pringles and you should too!!
The Ultimate Chocolate-Pringles Block
Why make this? Because life is too short for a single chocolate-covered chip. This is the ultimate salty-sweet architectural marvel—the crunch of a hundred chips fused together by a silky, decadent chocolate river. It is a party centerpiece and a total snack game-changer.
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 Cans of Pringles Original (for that perfect uniform shape)
* 24 oz Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
* 1 tbsp Coconut oil (for a glossier, smooth finish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the Can: Empty one Pringles can and wipe the inside clean with a dry paper towel to remove excess salt.
2. Stack the Core: Carefully stack the Pringles back into the can. Keep them tight and uniform, filling the can about 3/4 of the way up.
3. Melt the Chocolate: Microwave chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if the chocolate is too thick.
4. The Pour: Slowly pour the melted chocolate over the center of the chip stack. Tap the can firmly on the counter to help the chocolate seep into every gap and remove air bubbles.
5. The Big Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) until the block is completely solid.
6. The Reveal: Use scissors to carefully score the top rim of the can and peel the cardboard away in a spiral.
7. Serving: Use a sharp knife to slice the log vertically and reveal those crisp, beautiful layers.
PRO-TIP: Sprinkle flaky sea salt on the top before it sets to make the chocolate flavor really pop!
