Earl Grey Tea Mousse Cake Does Not Use Oven Silky Texture Intense ✨

Raw Materials
Cookie Base Ingredients: Orio Crush 100g | Melted Butter 45g
Mousse: 220 g cream cheese | 220 g cream thickening | 60 g sugar
50g Milk | 1 packet of Earl Grey Tea Powder (2g)
8 g gelatin sheet
Chocolate: 150 grams dark chocolate | 160 grams thick cream
How to do
1.Mix the ground orios with melted butter until smooth. Pour the mixture into print and press tightly. Then refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Soak the gelatin pad in cold water until soft. Bring the milk and Earl Grey tea powder to boil with a soft heat, until it boils a little. Then turn off the light and set aside for 2 minutes.
3. Whisk the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Then apply the cream thickened and mix well.
4. Dissolve the softened gelatin with milk and black tea. Pour it into the mixture from step 3. Pour it in a squeeze bag, squeeze it into a cookie base print, then freeze it for 10 minutes.
5. Bring the raw chocolate mixture to melt together in a double casserole. Pour it on the mousse, refrigerate for 4 hours. Unwrap it from the print and sprinkle it with cocoa powder. Finish.
