my tips to eating more whole foods 🍓

I try and eat mostly whole foods (with occasional treats because balance) and here’s my tips and tricks if you’re looking to eat more whole foods:

1. cook at home!! sounds hard, but once you get started, you’ll stop craving fast food as much and begin to find your flow in the kitchen

2. grocery shop with whole foods in mine- shop for mostly whole foods so that way it’s what you have in your house! of course, add some snacks and satiating foods to your cart because it’s all about balance

3. BALANCE - just because you want to focus on whole foods, doesn’t mean that you need to cut out treats or fast food or snacks! just balance it out, but focus your attention on the foods that make you feel good 🫶
